Cancellation Policy
§ While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care care@arperabags.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
- If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a GIFT voucher for the amount for future use.
- If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care care@arperabags.com to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
Returns money back Policy
§ We hope that your order will be just what you want. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return /exchange them for any reason within 7 days of reciept for a refund.
§ The delivery charge or conveince (cod) charges and delivery charges if any ( Flat charge of Rs.0/- ) of the original order are non-refundable.
§ For returns please login to your account and Click on the link “return” . Here you can place your request for returns stating the reason for the return.
§ Put the product (unused and in its original packaging including the dog tag, accessories, dust bag and labels) with a copy of the original invoice that you recieved.
§ Please be advised that all returned products must be in a re-saleable condition and contain the components (where applicable) above.
§ We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our returns requirements.
§ Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns for orders so you will need to pay the postage costs for these returns.
§ We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit during returns.
§ On reciept of the products we will contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds take up to 10-15 working days to process from receipt by our Returns Department.
Exchange policy
§ Goods sold can be exchanged within 7 days of reciept of the product , subject to non-use of article and the item is returned in exactly the condition in which it was shipped .The exchange article requested would be shipped once the consignment from the original order has been verified received in our warehouse.
§ Incase you would like an exchange please send care@arperabags.com an e mail with the order number requesting the exchange. Please do so within 7 days of reciept of the parcel.
§ The return must reach us within 10 days from the requested exchange initimation.
§ Exchange of new article should not be lower than initial value of the purchase.
§ In this case your earlier order will stand cancelled and the money held with us till your new purchase is made. Please note that once your new purchase is made, the amount from the earlier order will be reversed to your account or bank.
§ Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by arperabags.com.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange Policy.
